Pagan store is a store with handmade items, so consider the making process time before ordering
Making time of one item takes from 2 to 6 weeks, it depends on item

Here are approximate dates on different categories:
Combs - 1 week
Leather goods - 2 weeks
Embroidered clothes - 2-3 weeks
Ceramics - 4-6 weeks
Wooden idols and altars - 1-2 weeks 
Sweaters - 4-6 weeks
Dolls - 3-5 weeks
Runes - 1-2 weeks
Pendants - 1-2 weeks

All the items you can find here are making individually by your request by master by hand

Shipping

Shipping to the USA. We continue to safely ship all orders from Ukraine to the USA. 
All customs duties and taxes are covered on our side, so you won’t face any extra charges upon delivery.
Worldwide Shipping. We also ship to many other countries worldwide. Wherever you are, our creations can reach your home.

Delivery that is set on site while you make an order is a regular international delivery from Ukraine and takes 2-4 weeks. 
Price depends only on item's weight, check your cart to see the price.

Alternative methods are also available by request, DHL express can be used, contact me in direct massages or on email if you want to order other delivery method
Usually it takes 5-10 days to deliver your order.

You will receive a message with a track number to your e-mail, which was added while paying.
You can actually use any type of delivery trackings you like, but I suggest you these two:

• https://www.dhl.com/ua-en/home/tracking.html- for DHL parcels

All things are done individually and they all handmade, so there is no exchange or refund. Carefully check your measurements when you are making an order.

Return is only available if it was store's mistake (wrong size sent ot item was broken)
